Scott Miceli

Scott Miceli is the Director of Human Resources at the Terraces at Bonita Springs. Prior to joining The Terraces in November of 2018, Scott served as a Command Master Chief in the U.S. Navy. Proceeding his profession as a Human Resources Professional in the health care industry, Scott held a long career as a leader in the U.S. Navy where he was a senior advisor to several C-Level military executives and was most recently responsible for the careers of more than 2,000 U.S. Navy Sailors. Scott retired after 28 years of devoted service to our country. Scott holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration on Human Resource Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics. Additionally, he holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
