Deb Dozier

Deb Dozier currently serves as the Director of Operations at Bonitz, Inc. since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Analyst at ITA Group, Inc., and a Retail Sales professional at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Deb has a strong background in leadership, having worked as a District Leader and a founding member and certified coach with The Deeper Path Team. In addition, Deb has coaching experience with the John Maxwell Team and has held various district management roles at Bath & Body Works and Limited Brands, focusing on talent development and sales performance. Education was pursued at the University of Northern Iowa from 1984 to 1986.
