Scott C. Sweetsir

Scott C. Sweetsir is an experienced leader in the aluminum casting and manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Cast House Manager at Bonnell Aluminum since March 2022. In this role, Scott oversees the operations of the Newnan Cast House, providing leadership to a skilled team in a direct chill billet casting and extrusion facility. Previously, Scott held positions at Constellium as Operations Group Leader, managing various production lines for aluminum automotive body sheets, and at Champion Petfoods as Production Supervisor during the start-up of a new facility. Earlier experience includes roles at Logan Aluminum, where Scott led melt and cast operations, and as a mechanic for the US Army specializing in AH-64A Apache helicopters. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Business - Manufacturing Management from Western Kentucky University.
