Matthew Delong

Matthew DeLong has built a robust career in procurement and contract management, currently serving as Portfolio Manager in the Business Transformation Office at Bonneville Power Administration since June 2010. DeLong's extensive roles at Bonneville include Manager of the Strategy & Oversight Team, Acting Director of Contracts & Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Analyst, focusing on quality assurance and strategic sourcing for significant annual expenditures. Prior to this, DeLong worked at the Department of the Interior as Aircraft Contracting Officer and at the Bureau of Land Management as Logistics Coordinator. DeLong holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of Idaho.
