Verl Miller

Verl Miller currently serves as the Director of Defense at Joint Technology Solution, Inc., a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Verl was involved with Capstone Corporation in a Doctrinal Training Team capacity for a brief period in July 2020. From November 2000 to July 2020, Verl held various officer roles within the Oregon Army National Guard, culminating as the State Recruitment Director and Colonel. Notable previous positions include Operational & Administrative Vice President at 41 IBCT, 82 Troop Command, and JFHQ from January 2013 to May 2017. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from The United States Army War College and a Master of Education from Eastern Oregon University. Verl’s extensive experience encompasses organizational and sales force management, tactical and administrative leadership, policy research and development, talent acquisition, and project research and development in both military and civilian sectors.
