Daniel Tepper possesses extensive experience in customer experience training and facilitation. Currently serving as the Lead of Training for Customer Experience at Bonobos since 2014, Daniel leads the development and delivery of a week-long training program for new hires, successfully transitioning the program from in-office to fully remote amid a national workforce shift. In addition to working with Bonobos, Daniel is active as a Contact Center CX Consultant for Athena Care and a Corporate Host/Applied Improvisation Coach with Laugh Dot Events. Daniel's freelance efforts include corporate training and applied improvisation coaching. Previous roles encompass performance and teaching at The Peoples Improv Theater and production work for a musical comedy podcast. Daniel Tepper holds a BFA in Drama from New York University.
