Marietta Zigiaris

Marietta Zigiaris serves as the General Manager of the flagship store at Bonobos, beginning in 2023, following a successful tenure at Scotch & Soda from 2017 to 2022 as the Manager of Customer Experience & Sales. At Scotch & Soda, Marietta significantly improved store performance, leading an underperforming location to exceed sales targets by 35% within three months during the Covid pandemic. Marietta demonstrated expertise in recruitment and team management, interviewing over 1,000 candidates and hiring 40 successful sales professionals while saving $50K in turnover costs and generating an additional $1M in revenue. As a lead trainer for 52 stores, Marietta developed effective strategies for recruitment and employee training, driving collaboration across various departments to implement over 15 successful marketing projects.
