Chris Hartless

Chris Hartless currently serves as the Technical and Compliance Director at Bonterra Organic Estates since March 2021. Prior to this role, Chris worked as the Quality Director at Constellation Brands from December 2014 to February 2021, and held the position of Chief of Staff at X Winery from January 2013 to December 2014. Chris also gained extensive experience as the Technical Services Director at Diageo Wines from 2004 to January 2013. Educationally, Chris earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management between 2001 and 2005, and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley from 1995 to 1997.
