Ellen Krouss

Ellen Krouss has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ellen is currently working at Bonterra as the Senior Director of Channel Accounts. Prior to that, they held the same role at EveryAction.

From 2020 to 2021, Ellen worked at Year Up as the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement. Before that, they spent four years at KaBOOM! as the Associate Director of Partnership Development.

In 2015, Ellen was the Director of Business Development at Change.org, and they held the same position at Engaging Networks in 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of Strategic Accounts at Charity Dynamics.

Ellen also has experience as a Co-founder/Principal at Filling the Gap, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Convio, Inc. as both an Account Executive from 2009 to 2011 and an Associate Sales Executive from 2006 to 2009, where they received an Inner Circle Award for Outstanding Sales Performance in 2009.

Ellen Krouss attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies. Ellen then pursued their MSW degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley from 1997 to 1999.
