Lily Ickow

Lily Ickow has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lily currently holds the title of Vice President, Payments at Bonterra since March 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at NGP VAN, where they held various roles. From January 2018 to March 2022, they served as the Vice President, Payments and Online Fundraising. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager from January 2014 to January 2018. Lily also worked as a Senior Client Services Specialist from October 2011 to December 2013 and started their career at NGP VAN as an Operations Assistant from June 2011 to October 2011. Prior to their time at NGP VAN, they worked as a Student Study Abroad Coordinator at Bryn Mawr College Office of International Programs from September 2010 to May 2011, and as an Intern at the Office of Chris Van Hollen, House of Representatives from June 2010 to August 2010.

Lily Ickow received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Bryn Mawr College from 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
