Melissa Arcand

Melissa Arcand has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Melissa started their career at Athena Software in 2010 as an Implementation Support Specialist and later worked as a QA Tester, Technical Project Manager, Development Manager, and Director of Technical Solutions Engineering. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for managing and mentoring teams, coordinating product development, and ensuring timely delivery. Melissa then joined Social Solutions in 2021, where they held positions as the Director of Technical Solutions Engineering, Director of Data Architecture, and Director of DevOps. Melissa is currently working at Bonterra as the Director of DevOps and has also held the roles of Director of Cloud Operations and Vice President of SaaS Ops. Their experience spans across various areas including cloud operations, DevOps, technical solutions, and data architecture.
