Juan Carlos Tayupanta

Juan Carlos Tayupanta has a diverse work experience ranging from environmental roles to sales and business development positions. Juan Carlos started their career as a Pasante Ambiental at Leterago del Ecuador - Talento Humano in 2019. Juan Carlos then worked as a Técnico medioambiental at Ecudyveng from August 2021 to August 2022. In 2022, Juan Carlos Tayupanta joined Multiply College as an SDR Trainee and Sales Development Representative. Juan Carlos also worked as a Sales Development Representative at Scalabl® from October 2022 to January 2023, where they implemented prospecting methodologies to identify ideal customer profiles and establish initial contacts with qualified candidates. In early 2023, they briefly worked at Remoffer as a Business Development Representative, helping clients scale their global teams using remote offshore staffing solutions. Currently, Juan Carlos Tayupanta holds the position of Global Expansion Specialist at Ontop, where they focus on expanding the company's presence internationally. Juan Carlos will be joining bonum coaching as a Business Development Representative in June 2023.

Juan Carlos Tayupanta completed their undergraduate education from 2014 to 2019 at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, where they received a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Environmental and Natural Risk Management. In addition to their degree, Juan Carlos has pursued further education and certifications. Juan Carlos completed an online entrepreneurship and innovation course from Scalabl Academy.

In terms of certifications, Juan Carlos obtained the Salesforce CRM certification from Salesforce in August 2022. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Labor Risk Evaluation from Dowell Consulting EC, Integrated Management Systems Implementation from RJ Soluciones Ambientales, and Prevention of Occupational Risks from Academia de Expertos. Juan Carlos also obtained a certification in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems from CEC-EPN Centro de Educación Continua Politécnica Nacional in March 2019. Furthermore, Juan Carlos completed a program in Transformational Leadership and Talent Empowerment from CIMA COACH in July 2017. Finally, in October 2022, they obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy.
