Michael Eastwood

Michael Eastwood has a diverse work experience history with expertise in operations management and food safety. Michael is currently working as the Plant Manager at Bonumose. Previously, they served as the Operations Manager at Smithfield Foods from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at US Foods and Stock Yards Meat Packing from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Unit Manager at Perdue Farms in 2010 and as a Food Safety Manager at JBS PACKERLAND from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manufacturing/Productivity Consultant at Produkty Pitania Kobinet and as a Production Manager at Pilgrims Pride and OSI; Carolina Culinary Foods, LLC. Michael also has experience as a Processing General at Perdue Farms from 1998 to 2001.

Michael Eastwood attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1984 to 1987, where they studied English, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, and Military Science.
