Mike Garnham is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with over 20 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting across corporate, product, and consulting environments. Currently serving as Principal at Mode Talent Group Australia Pty Ltd since April 2024, Mike previously held positions as State Manager at Aspirante and Talent Acquisition Manager at Innablr, where expertise in Cloud, DevOps, Data & Analytics, and related technologies was developed. Prior experience includes key roles at Arq Group, CrossKeys, Mosaic Recruitment, and Command Recruitment, where responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition management to P&L oversight and staff training.
