Sy Ha

Sy Ha has a diverse work experience in various roles related to machine learning and artificial intelligence. In 2014, Sy worked as a Software Engineer at Vingroup JSC, where they developed .NET applications and web services for an e-commerce logistic system, as well as worked on a recommendation system. In 2018, Sy joined Websosanh.vn as a Machine Learning R&D, where they researched and built machine learning and deep learning models for product comparing services. They also worked on projects such as products categorization and alcohol products detection using product title. During the same year, Sy also worked as a Freelancer, focusing on projects related to computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning. They worked on tasks such as T-shirt fashion style classification, eye pupil detection with face detection, and Twitter emotion sentiment analysis. Sy's most recent position is at Bob.ai, where they serve as the Chief Technology Officer and play a crucial role in bringing optimization and machine learning/AI algorithms to products and services, with a focus on Public Housing Authorities.

Sy Ha completed a Master of Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Optimization from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This degree was obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Sy Ha completed an Engineer's degree with a specialization in Applied Mathematics from the same university's Talented Program. This degree was earned from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sy Ha has obtained several certifications in machine learning and deep neural networks from Coursera Course Certificates, including "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Sequence Models," and "Structuring Machine Learning Projects." These certifications were all obtained in March 2018.
