Leila Hampson

Leila Hampson currently serves as the Head of Talent Development at Boohoo Group PLC since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Head of Human Resources and Learning and Development Business Partner at PrettyLittleThing.com. Leila has a diverse background in talent and development management, having held positions such as International Talent and Development Manager at both Arcadia and Topshop Topman, as well as UK Learning and Development Officer at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Additionally, Leila was the Director at Salford Community Cafe and Resource Centre from February 2008 to December 2019. Educationally, Leila holds a degree in Counseling and Criminology from the University of Chester, following attendance at Castle Rushen High School in the Isle of Man.
