Thomas Store is an experienced energy management professional currently serving as an Energy Manager at Iceland Foods since July 2022. Previously, Thomas held the position of Group Energy Manager for the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing energy management for four acute care sites in Greater Manchester. With a background in energy efficiency and sustainability, Thomas also worked as an Energy Manager at the University of Derby and Walsall Housing Group, where responsibilities included driving initiatives to alleviate fuel poverty. As the founder and director of 361 Energy, Thomas developed community-focused energy services and led various projects, including the EMPOWER Project for fuel poverty in North Devon. Thomas has held key roles in organizations such as Advantage SW, the Energy Saving Trust, Zero2050, and Constructing Excellence South West, focusing on reducing energy costs and enhancing sustainability practices. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Science & Economics from the University of Cape Town.
