Dillon's early career includes public safety roles with California State Parks as a lifeguard and experience in the food service industry with The Cheesecake Factory and In-N-Out Burger. Educational credentials include an MBA with a finance focus from Woodbury School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a finance specialization from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
