Nicholas Lee has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as the Owner of Barwon Heads Hospitality Group & Hanoi Kitchen Barwon Heads since May 2016. Previous roles include General Manager at Roscrea Estate, renowned for its luxury accommodations and dining, and Assistant Lodge Manager at The Farm at Cape Kidnappers. Additionally, Nicholas held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at qualia, which garnered numerous prestigious awards in 2012. Earlier career highlights include director and management roles across several five-star resorts and hotels in Asia, with expertise in pre-opening operations. Nicholas holds a degree from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and attended The Kings School.
