Geoff Kent has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as Vice President of Operations (Shared Services) at Points. Geoff then moved up to become Vice President of Product Partnerships at Points in 2013. In 2017, they joined Dealer-FX Group, Inc. as Vice President of OEM Integrations and Director of Client Solutions & Delivery. In 2018, they joined DigitalBits Project as an Advisory Board Member. In 2019, they joined VersaPay as Vice President of Customer Success. Most recently, they joined Book4Time Inc. in 2021 as Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Customer Success.

Geoff Kent completed a Bachelor of Business Economics degree at Brock University from 1993 to 1998. Geoff then went on to obtain a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) between 2004 and 2008. In 2011, they earned a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
