Farid Abu Salih

Farid Abu Salih has a wealth of experience in the technology and hospitality industries. Farid began their career in 2005 as a High School Teacher for עתיד. In 2009, they moved to Check Point Software Technologies as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2010, they joined Texas Instruments as a Real Time Engineer. From 2013 to 2018, they were an Android Developer for KWIK- simply connected. In 2018, they founded and managed Al Yakhour Hostel in Haifa's German Colony. Farid was involved in all aspects of the business from inception, to marketing, management, repairs & renovations. In 2021, they joined Bookaway as a Full Stack and Back End Developer.

Farid Abu Salih obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Tel Hai College between 1999 and 2002. In 2009 and 2010, they earned a Teaching degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Powering Up With React. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a FullStack course from Founders and Coders.
