Meital Duani

Meital Duani has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Meital began their career in 2002 as an Organizational Consultant with Tandem Consulting, where they provided consultation in the area of leading change processes in financial and insurance companies. Meital also managed managers development programs and personal consultation, as well as developed training workshops. In 2006, they joined NEW PHARM as a Recruitment and Training Manager, where they managed the recruitment department and was responsible for labor law, performance reviews, developing and implementing training methods, and reviewing and overseeing the training processes. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Independent Organizational Consultant, providing consultation in the area of leading change processes and personal consultation for senior managers. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Head of Human Resources at iDigital - iConGroup, where they established the HR department including recruitment, welfare, training, organizational development, and salaries. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Shared Services Director at HOT. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Sygnia as an Organizational Development Manager. In 2022, they will become the VP HR at Bookaway.

Meital Duani attended Tel Aviv University from 2016-2017, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services.
