Carsten Rübsaamen

Carsten Rübsaamen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carsten began their career in 1999 as the CEO and Founder of WebDesignCreative. Carsten then worked as an intern at various companies such as Freudenberg, Rothschild, Roland Berger, and Holcim. In 2002, they became an Intern at Rothschild. Carsten then went on to work as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas at Austin in 2007. From 2008 to 2019, they were a Co-Founder of BOOKBRIDGE, an organization aimed at empowering purpose-driven leaders. In 2008, Carsten also embarked on a road trip as a PhD Student at Ventureroadtrip.com to study entrepreneurship and innovation management in the US. Carsten further pursued their PhD studies as a student at WHU from 2006 to 2008. Carsten has also worked as a Coach, Consultant, and Speaker at their own company, Carsten Rübsamen, since 2004.

Carsten Rübsaamen, during the period of 2005 to 2008, pursued a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. In 2007, they enrolled in a marketing and innovation program at the Texas McCombs School of Business but did not earn a degree there. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they completed their MSc in Business Administration and Economics at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Additionally, Carsten Rübsaamen participated in exchange programs, spending a semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003 for their Master of Business Administration, and another semester at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in the same year for a general business administration and management program.

Furthermore, Carsten Rübsaamen has obtained two additional certifications. In July 2013, they achieved a certification in beekeeping from Bienen Schweiz. Moreover, in January 2008, they earned the prestigious Eagle Scout designation from the Verband Christlicher Pfadfinderinnen und Pfadfinder (VCP) e.V.
