Tommi Kaakinen

Tommi Kaakinen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Sentraali, where they started as a Shift Supervisor and later transitioned to a Customer Service Trainer and Service Advisor role. During this time, they gained extensive customer service experience in different industries.

In 2014, Tommi joined RTG Sales Oy as an HR Specialist and was responsible for workforce management, including shift and holiday planning. Tommi also worked as a Sales Agent, providing customer service for flight ticket-related matters.

In 2020, Tommi joined Pohjolan Liikenne as a Production Planning Specialist, where they handled resource administration, shift planning, and holiday scheduling for over 200 bus drivers. Tommi also participated in other transport and bus traffic planning tasks.

Currently, Tommi is working as a Project Manager at Bookers Group, a position they joined in July 2021.

Tommi Kaakinen received a Matriculation examination degree from Paltamo High School, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Further Qualification in First-Level Management from Careeria.
