Alice Sieger

Alice Sieger is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Booking Holdings since May 2023, Alice previously held key positions at FARFETCH, where responsibilities included developing a new global People Operations function to support international mergers and acquisitions. With a strong background at Expedia Group, Alice led HR initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, significantly contributing to regional growth, and held roles that emphasized partnership with senior leadership to drive organizational capabilities. Prior experience also includes HR management and training development at Starbucks Coffee Company. Alice holds an Executive Master in Coaching from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
