Our Sales team is critical to our success and you will have the opportunity to impact Smily as well as the entire vacation rental industry.

You’re a very good team player as well: sales is just the beginning of the Smily experience, you’ll be collaborating with our Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, Product teams to bring continuous improvements to our processes & offerings.

  1. Build relationships with new clients by actively approaching them, driven by your passion of helping people and finding solutions

  • Fluent in written and verbal English and French

  • Excellent communication skills (with internal and external stakeholders)

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to move his peers as well as his juniors and have them follow a common vision

  • Outstanding ethical selling skills with a relentless mindset

  • An insatiable appetite for learning

  • Avid curiosity for a deep understanding of our leads/customers needs

  • Marketing: package & position ideas in ways that uniquely appeal to consumers

  • Be faithful to promises made to leads/customers

  • Experience with Vacation Rental Software is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the vacation rental, travel or tourism industries; desire to improve the vacation rental industry

  • You master and love modern tools and are comfortable with them (Hubspot, Ringover, Google Suite...)
