María del Carmen Cifuentes

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
