Avishay Giladie

Avishay Giladie has worked in the production and event management industry since 1996. Avishay began their career as a Team Leader at Irgunit Stage Design, where they were responsible for the construction and dismantling of events, television sets, concerts and festivals. In 2000, they became a Sound Engineer at UNSW Roundhouse and worked as a self-employed engineer. In 2005, they became a Venue Manager at Hangar 11, where they managed and coordinated in-house and outsourced manpower, and planned and executed over 750 tailor-made events for individual and corporate clients. In 2008, they founded Avishay Giladie Production Management and served as a Senior Project Manager. Avishay was responsible for project management from A to Z, including planning, preparing, organizing, coordinating and executing all aspects of events. In 2013, they worked as a Production Director at Front House Productions and Production Manager at Bookmark Entertainment. In 2018, they were the Technical Director of the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2015, they became the Production and Tour Manager at Sama Sama Live, where they were responsible for developing event goals and objectives, determining administrative processes and establishing a budget, and handling shipments and cargo.

Avishay Giladie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from SAE Institute in 2004-2005 and an Audio Engineering Diploma in Sound Technician from SAE Institute in 2001-2003.
