Imran Razi has over 16 years of experience in customer service and operations roles. Imran started their career in 2004 as a Customer Relation Executive at Instaphone (Pakcom). Imran then moved to Sales Centre (Franchise) as an INSTA PHONE Service in the same year. In 2005, they became a Team Lead Operations/ Business Development Executive at Millicom International Cellular and Telecard. In 2008, they joined Ovex Technologies as a Supervisor and Supervisor, Contact Center. Imran then moved to Standard Manufacturing Company in 2010 as a Manager Business Development/Operations.
