Scott Kappler

Scott Kappler possesses extensive experience in operational and marketing leadership within the retail industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Marketing Officer, and former Vice President of Marketing at Books-A-Million since October 2014, Scott has played a significant role in the growth of the second largest bookstore chain in the United States. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Vice President of Operations at Yogurt Mountain from December 2009 to October 2014, contributing to the brand's expansion to over 40 locations. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Corporate Dining Concepts and in management roles at OSI from December 2001 to October 2005. Scott holds a degree from The University of Alabama.
