Dr. Chris Alcala

Dr. Chris Alcala, MBV, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Director of Operations at Lockton since July 2021, previously holding roles as Assistant Vice President and LFS Operations Manager. With a distinguished military career in the United States Air Force since April 2002, Dr. Alcala functions as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 452d Contingency Response Squadron, advising on readiness and personnel welfare, while also holding various positions including Aircraft Loadmaster, Chief of Plans, and Affiliation Program Manager. Prior to Lockton, experience at Boeing as a Technical Data Designer involved analyzing engineering data for the publication of Flight Manuals. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Education from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master of Business for Veterans from USC Marshall School of Business, a Bachelor of Science, and two Associate degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Long Beach City College.
