Gabriela Snelen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Procter & Gamble as a Consumer Relations Analyst, where they focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as extracting insights from customer data. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Product Research Testing Coordinator in the R&D department of Procter & Gamble, where they designed and facilitated product testing studies for various brands. In 2018, they joined Diaz Orthodontics as a Front Desk Assistant, where they welcomed patients, responded to inquiries, and scheduled appointments. Gabriela later became an Office Coordinator, overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and managing communications and performance. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Booksy as a Customer Success Specialist.

Gabriela Snelen attended Universidade Paulista from 2008 to 2010, where they achieved a Bachelor of Art degree in Language Studies and Literature, specializing in Portuguese and English. Gabriela'sfield of study focused on Language Studies. In addition to their degree, Gabriela obtained a Customer Success Certification from Sales Assembly in May 2022.
