Samantha Pye

Samantha Pye is a UX Researcher at Indeed.com, having started in May 2019 after serving as an Associate UX Researcher. In this role, Samantha designs and executes research to enhance user experiences and understand customer needs. Previously, as an Assessment Scientist at Indeed, Samantha utilized scientific best practices to develop impactful assessments for job seekers and employers. Earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, where responsibilities included research design, instrument development, and data analysis across various projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University. Additional positions involved a Graduate Student Assistant at Florida Institute of Technology and contributions to projects including the development of a 360-degree feedback system for the military.
