Rob Hill has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rob is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Booktopia since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NextGen.Net as the Head of Technical Services from February 2020 to October 2021.

Before their role at Dimension Data, Rob Hill worked at IPscape as the Director of Technical Operations from November 2013 to May 2015. Rob managed the operations team and supported call-center operations for over 70 customers across Asia and Australia. Rob also served as the Director of Professional Services Group at IPscape from November 2013 to August 2014.
Rob Hill's earlier work experience includes serving as the Product and Development Manager at Clarity International from August 2008 to October 2013. Rob managed the development unit and delivered telecom software platforms and managed services to customers. Rob also held various roles at Dot Communications, including Product and Solutions Manager, General Manager of Operations, and Systems Manager, from June 2001 to August 2008.
Rob Hill obtained a Computer Science Degree Equivalency from the Australian Computer Society in Sydney, Australia in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Agile Estimation and Release Planning, Agile Requirements - Stories, and Information Framework (SID) Distilled from Software Education and TM Forum institutions.
