Theresa Huang

Theresa Huang has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Theresa currently holds the position of Assistant Accountant at Booktopia since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Receivable Officer at Powerark Solar from January 2021 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer payments, analyzing accounts, and resolving discrepancies.

Before joining Powerark Solar, Theresa worked as an Accountant at Austax Accountants from August 2020 to January 2021. Their responsibilities included preparing tax returns, analyzing transactions, and maintaining accounting policies.

During their internship at Ploutos in 2020, they conducted research on Fin-tech companies and assisted in the preparation of strategy reports.

Theresa Huang completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, General at Miami University from 2014 to 2017. Theresa then pursued a Master of Professional Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Sydney from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Theresa has obtained various certifications such as Excel: Power Pivot for Beginners, Power BI Essential Training, QuickBooks Desktop: Tips and Tricks, QuickBooks Pro 2017 Essential Training, QuickBooks: Advanced Bookkeeping Techniques, and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals. Theresa also completed the Job Smart Phase 2 program at The University of Sydney Business School in May 2019.
