Harpal Dhillon

Harpal Dhillon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international public health and finance. Currently serving as a Legal Adviser to the COVAX Facility at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance since November 2021, Harpal supports efforts to ensure equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines globally. Previously, Harpal held significant roles, including Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan, and Associate Legal Counsel at Gavi during an earlier tenure. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Counsel for Asia at Grameen Foundation and working at Linklaters, where Harpal specialized in financial transactions. Academic credentials include an LLM from Harvard Law School and an LLB from The University of Hong Kong. Harpal also contributes as a Board Member and Governance Lead Trustee at BookTrust.
