JT Bruch

JT Bruch is currently the Head of Engineering at Boom & Bucket. Prior to this, they were the Director of Software Engineering at ANGI Homeservices at FixdRepair. They were with PrimeGov prior to that.

At ANGI Homeservices, JT created a hiring process that allowed the team to grow from 0 onshore developers to 15 developers, with a focus on cognitive & skill diversity to solve our technical skill gap from moving from a PHP application to a C#/Angular/Ionic stack. They also developed and implemented lean product development inside of Azure DevOps across our warranty, service, and internal application products with an increase in delivery velocity by 25% and profoundly insightful reporting. Furthermore, they successfully grew the development organization from one offshore development teams across several products to 4 development teams here in Denver. Extreme programming concepts such as static analysis, continuous integration & delivery, pair programming, code reviews were introduced and embraced by the team during JT's time there. Lastly, JT spent time with customer service, our technicians, executives to understand how they expect product work to be brought in and completed. This work yielded a feature/bug product intake process the business uses effectively.

JT Bruch has a Bachelors of Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science in Education Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman.

They work with Samir Shah - Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Dalton Kane - Head of Growth, and Frank Aguilar - Head of Design. JT Bruch reports to Adam Lawrence, Co-Founder and CEO.
