Alex Mercado is a seasoned professional in compensation and equity analysis with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation & Equity Analyst at Boom Supersonic since September 2022, Alex has previously held positions in equity compensation at Spotify, stock plan administration at Criteo, and as a compensation analyst at Grey Group. Earlier career roles include executive compensation analysis at Interpublic Group, litigation paralegal at Morrison Mahoney LLP, and teaching coordination at Legal Outreach. Additionally, Alex gained foundational experience as an executive compensation intern at Watson Wyatt and an investment banking intern at Morgan Stanley. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, completed in 2010.
