Colleen Nilson

Colleen Nilson, Ph.D. currently serves as the Human Factors Principal Engineer at Boom Supersonic. Previously, they held positions as the Human Factors Group Head and Lead Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Boeing. Nilson also has experience as a Lecturer at California State University-Long Beach, teaching courses in Psychology of Learning and Sensation and Perception. Nilson holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine, an MS in Aeronautical Science with a focus on Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a BS in Management of Technical Operations from the same institution.
