Rich Harris

As Boom’s Chief Legal Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team, Rich Harris is responsible for the company’s legal, commercial, and compliance requirements. Rich brings over 25 years of global general counsel experience, across both public and private companies, to Boom.

Prior to joining Boom, Rich served as the Group General Counsel and led the corporate M&A function at Inmarsat plc, a commercial satellite operator headquartered in London. He previously held roles as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Stratos Global Corporation and Segovia, Inc. Most recently, Rich served as the General Counsel and a founding shareholder of Measure Global Inc., a privately-held entity focused on commercial drone applications.

Rich earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the Yale Law School.
