Rich Pennock

Rich Pennock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President and Director at TRG, Rich also contributes to Boomerang as a member of the Advisory Board. Previously, Rich held the position of Principal (Management Consultant) at Relativity Solutions LLC and served as a Strategic Advisor for both FlashRecruit, which was acquired by Talent Inc., and Great Recruiters. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Dickinson College.
