Paz Gómez Ferrer

Paz Gómez Ferrer is an experienced psychologist and consultant specializing in behavioral economics, currently working at Cobas Asset Management since February 2018. In addition to serving as a collaborator at Value School since September 2020, Paz is the founder of Paz Gomez Ferrer and a co-founder of Transformation Human Lab, where the focus is on supporting individuals in digital transformation. As an executive coach at KEMP Personas & Negocios, Paz develops talent and leadership courses for organizations. Responsibilities also include leading the social impact area at AdoptaUnAbuelo and serving as a psychologist and coach for participants in the "La Voz Kids" program at Grupo Boomerang TV. Additionally, Paz has been a faculty member at the Escuela de Organización Industrial and a professor of Clinical Psychology at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where involvement in entrepreneurship initiatives is noted.
