Tim Murphy has extensive work experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and restaurant industries. Tim has held various executive roles throughout their career, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Director.

In their most recent role as the Chief Executive Officer of Boomers Parks, Tim led the turnaround of eight family entertainment centers, water parks, and amusement parks owned by Cerberus private equity. Tim successfully acquired these parks from APEX Parks Group through bankruptcy and turned them into profitable ventures. Additionally, they set up the company to earn similar profits in the coming years while also exploring new revenue streams through acquisitions, licensing, franchising, consulting, and management fees.

Prior to Boomers Parks, Tim served as the Board Director for Coney Park, a family entertainment and amusement park company owned by the Carlyle Group in Latin America.

Before these roles, Tim worked as the Chief Executive Officer for CFL Investment Trusts LLC, where they led and consulted on various turnaround efforts, mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, and international franchises in the entertainment, restaurants, food and beverage, hospitality, resorts, retail, and real estate industries.

Tim also served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, CFO, and Board Director of Rebounderz International Family Entertainment Centers, where they led operations, training, marketing, franchising, manufacturing, and compliance for a chain of international family entertainment centers.

Tim's experience also includes senior financial positions at Sonny's BBQ, Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, Denny's, and Darden. In these roles, they managed franchise acquisitions, designed prototypes, and oversaw financial operations.

Tim began their career at Walt Disney World, where they held the position of Accounting Manager, overseeing financial operations in theme parks, entertainment, restaurants, and food and beverage.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in turnaround efforts, acquisitions, franchise development, and financial management.

Tim Murphy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Orlando College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Tim completed their MBA in 1992 and their BSBA in 1990.
