Justin Rhinesmith

Justin Rhinesmith currently serves as a Software Engineer at Boon, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Justin was a Staff Engineer at DoorDash from November 2019 to July 2023, and previously worked as a Tech Lead at Square for a brief period in 2019. Justin's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Engineering at Opportunity Education from June 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing product pipelines and improving workflow management. As Co-Founder and CTO of MoveMeFit from April 2014 to June 2015, Justin was instrumental in evolving the web application originally developed by an outsourced team. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Kabam and as Director of Development at Three Stage Media. Justin holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ball State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
