Tim Wells

Tim Wells is currently a Board Member at Boone Center. Prior to that, they were the 2019 Chapter President of SHRM of Greater St. Louis from January to December 2019. Their mission as Chapter President was to foster the professional development of membership, provide a forum for exchanging ideas, and offer creative leadership and effective management of people in order to add value to the organizations they represent and the community as a whole.

Before their time at SHRM of Greater St. Louis, Tim Wells was an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services from October 2008 to May 2011. As an Employee Benefits Specialist, they focused on cost containment within the mid-market. From July 2007 to October 2008, Tim Wells was a Sr. Group Employee Benefits Sales Rep. at Sun Life Financial. And prior to that, they were a Group Employee Benefits Sales Rep. at Genworth Financial from July 2003 to July 2007.

Tim Wells has a BA in Finance & MIS from Miami University. Tim attended St. Louis University High School.
