Rey Perez has a varied work experience spanning over several industries. They started their career in 1992 as an Accounts Analyst at Fortune Life and General Insurance Co., where they managed the remuneration of major insurance agents and handled sales production reports. In 1995, they joined Prime Systems Plus, Inc. as a Purchasing Officer, responsible for procurement activities.

In 1999, Rey moved to Solutions Exchange, Inc. as a Purchasing and Administration Officer, where theyanalyzed markets, negotiated with suppliers, and implemented IT policies and guidelines. They later transitioned to a role as a Product Consultant, supervising technical sales support and pre-sales engineering for various systems.

In 2004, Rey joined Smart Homes Technologies & Services as a Business Development Manager, overseeing feasibility studies, business plans, and project management for start-up businesses. They also managed an offshore office involved in building business relations in the GCC region.

In 2007, they moved to One Connection Media as a Product Manager, responsible for product development and planning, specifically focusing on marketing alternative advertising media. They then joined Image Matters Advertising in 2009 as a Product Manager, contributing to product planning and execution.

Finally, in 2012, Rey joined Boopin as the Head of Digital, responsible for strategic digital campaign planning and implementation, relationship management, and identifying new sales opportunities.

During the same period, they also earned a degree in Business Process Management with a focus on Staffware Workflow Suite from the same institute. Additionally, Rey Perez has obtained several certifications, including Digital Guru - Blue Belt from Google in October 2020, MEAsurement Bootcamp from Facebook Marketing Co. in September 2020, Snapchat Ads Manager Certified from Snap Inc. in September 2020, Digital Guru - Green Belt from Google in February 2020, Data-Driven Marketing from Google in November 2019, Apple Search Ads from Apple in June 2019, and Adobe Advertising Cloud from Adobe in March 2019.
