Pablo Gabriel Grassini is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in food technology and industrial management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Boortmalt since November 2019, Pablo oversees operations at the largest malting house in South America, managing various processes including barley reception, production, and EHS. Previously, Pablo held the same title at Cargill from November 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included comprehensive operational oversight. Prior roles include Industrial Manager at Congelados del Sur - Mondo Frizzata, focusing on the production of high-value frozen food products, and Industrial Manager at JBS, where management encompassed a large facility with significant production and budgetary responsibilities. Pablo holds a degree in Food Technology from Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano and a Technical Electronics degree from Instituto San Pablo C-112.
