Antonija Mihic has a strong background in sales excellence and commercial management. Antonija is currently the Head of Sales Excellence at boost.ai, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Glooko from 2017 to 2022, holding several roles. Their most recent role at Glooko was as a Senior Global Commercial Excellence Manager from May 2021 to August 2022, where they were responsible for implementing a global sales process and optimizing systems for scale. Before that, they served as a Global Commercial Excellence Manager, focusing on sales and pipeline analysis, from April 2020 to August 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Commercial Excellence Manager EMEA/APAC from June 2019 to April 2020 and Sales Analyst EMEA/APAC from October 2017 to June 2019.
Antonija also has experience in accounting, having worked as a Group Accountant at Caterpillar Inc. from February 2016 to October 2017 and at SKF Group from November 2012 to February 2016. At SKF Group, they were also the project leader for the 2014 annual report and responsible for delivering financial figures to Investor Relations. Antonija began their career as an Accountant at Laird Technologies from December 2011 to November 2012.
Antonija Mihic pursued their education at Linköping University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics. In 2010, they also participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Vienna.
