Marie Nordgren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marie currently works at boost.ai as an AI Trainer, Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager, where they focus on introducing new customers to the technology and ensuring their success. Prior to this, they worked at SBAB Bank AB (publ) as an Artificial Intelligence Trainer, overseeing the implementation of the chatbot "Bo" on the company's website. Marie also served as a Digital Editor, managing the organization's online presence, and as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in mortgages and savings. Before joining SBAB Bank AB, Marie worked as a Travel Agent at Branäsgruppen and as a Production Worker at Nova Sea AS. Additionally, they gained experience as a Waitress at China House, Cyprus and as a Restaurant Assistant at Burger King Corporation. Throughout their career, Marie has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and has obtained relevant licenses and certifications.

Marie Nordgren has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended Infokompgymnasiet and obtained a Gymnasieexamen with a focus on leadership and communication. Marie later enrolled at Karlstad University in 2014 and studied Sociologi, which is in the field of Samhällsvetenskap (Social Science), until 2015. In 2017, they attended Affärshögskolan and completed a degree in IP-paralegal, focusing on legal administration. Marie returned to Karlstad University in 2018 to study Rättskunskap (Law), which they completed with a 15 HP degree.

In addition to their formal education, Marie Nordgren has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned a Bolånelicens from SwedSec Licensiering AB. In 2019, they received an AI Trainer certification from boost.ai. Most recently, Marie obtained a certification in HTML & CSS from Tjejer kodar in March 2021.
