John Bosco has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. John began their career in 2001 as Assistant Manager - Health Insurance at Medicare Foundation Pvt Ltd. In 2003, they moved to Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Relationship Associate. In 2004, they joined Vodafone as a Team Leader - Retention & Relations. In 2010, they took on the role of Assistant Manager - Circle Operations at MOBILE COMMERCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED. In 2012, they joined Vodafone m-pesa Ltd. as Senior Manager - Mobile Commerce, and was promoted to AGM - Mobile Marketing, Carrier Billing & OTT Partnership at Vodafone Idea Limited in 2016. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Boost Connect as AVP- Acquisitions & Account Management. Throughout their career, John Bosco has successfully launched Mobile App Stores, Games, and OTT Apps in new geographies, increased revenue year over year by launching new services, identified inefficiencies in the monetization process, developed solutions for advertisers and enterprise businesses, organized strategic partnerships with mobile gaming and OTT app developers, accelerated projects critical to the product's go-live, coached and mentored teams, and developed a bilateral feedback process.

John Bosco has a diverse educational background. John obtained a Bachelors of Commerce from Vivek College Of Commerce in 2001, a Diploma in Management Studies from Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute Of Mgt. Develop in 2008, a Masters in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2010, a Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India in 2003, and a Fintech: Business Models and Marketing Strategy from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2020. John also attended Saint Thomas Academy from 1986 to 1996.
